Introducere
WELCOME TO RAELIAN SEMINARS OF CENTRAL KAMA (AFRICA)
The seminar will be taking will be taking place at 15 km of POINTE NOIRE (Coastal and economic capital city of the country) on the site where the Private University of Louango is being built, from December 20th to December 30th 2009 (64 a.H) in M’ FOA CONGO ( CONGO BRAZZAVILLE).

Date;Locatie
The awakening seminar:
The awakening seminar is training for self-achievement. With the teaching by Raël, you will be seventh heaven. Every body (both raelians and non raelians) can partake in it. It will be taking place from Sunday 20th December at 08 am to Thursday 24th December 64 AH (2009), that’s during 5 days.
The guide seminar:
The guides’ seminar is for those who have read the message of Elohim and want to help Raël in his great mission: spreading that message all over the world and building an embassy to welcome those extraterrestrials very soon. It will be taking place from Saturday 26th December at 08 am to Wednesday 30th 64 AH (2009), that’s during 5 days.
Registrations will be taking place by Saturday 19th December at 08 am at the camp.
Program
Here is the daily activities programme:
7: 30 am – 8: 15 am: Meditation followed by physical exercises
9: 00 am – 11: 00 am: Teaching
4: 00 pm – 6: 00 pm: Teaching / practical group exercises
9: 00 pm – 10: 30 pm: Artistic parties and/or meditations

Accommodation opportunities
You are given several opportunities as follows:
- Community accommodation : 10.000 FCFA per person for the whole length of the seminars;
- Single accommodation : 30.000 FCFA per person for the whole length of the seminars;
- High standing accommodation: price to be communicated later.
Meal
Everything is being arranged so that you can pay not more than 1500 FCFA for two dishes offered (lunch and dinner).
Currency: FCFA is the local currency: 1€ = 655,957 F CFA

Conditions for seminarists from other continents:
Congo general entering conditions:
- A visa (for Congo)
- A paper showing that you are vaccinated against yellow fever and meningitis is obligatory before you enter the country.
Requirements to partake in the raelian seminars:
You shall bring with you a paper signed by your national guide and showing that you can take part in a seminar outside your continent and testifying that you have updated your national financial contribution, that what you care are national and international awakening seminars, and that you partake in guide seminar.
Informatii utile
Health
- Malaria and yellow fever are two diseases caused by mosquitoes which are in a great number in the cities of Congo. So you’d better bring your mosquito net to sleep undisturbed. You can also bring other anti-mosquito products for the evening and the morning. Products containing the largest concentration of "N, N-diethyl-3-methylbezamide" are also required as they are not toxic and push mosquitoes away. Joggings and other jackets may also insure your protection.
- Excepted medicines for special diseases treatment, you needn’t bring a suitcase of medicines as Pointe Noire chemistry’s shops can provide with you anything you need.
- You will find several doctors and nurses during the seminars
- Furthermore, the seminars management coordination with its medical service team constituted by raelian doctors and nurses will provide the first care for the health of all seminarists. That’s the reason why a contribution of 1.000 FCFA is a must for each seminarist.
Dressing
- The weather is hot and cold during the daylight, but it may be cool in the evening. You need to bring several dresses if you don’t want do wash clothes. You may bring T-Shirts, sweat-Shirts or jackets... for the evening.
- There may have short but intense storms. So come with a k-way or other jacket against the rain.
Translation
Teachings will be delivered in French, but they will be translated into English and into other local languages. So take with you your walkman in order to take advantage of the simultaneous translations.
Meditations
You need to bring your mat for meditations.
Payments
- Those who live in Africa shall give their payments to their respective national guides against receipt.
- The others, including those who live outside Africa and new seminarists shall pay cash at the place of the seminars during their getting registered. They shall not send their money in pre-registering.
- The currency used is FCFA: 1Euro = 655,957 FCFA
- Money can be exchanged at the airport or in any bank; you can also have your money with your credit card.
Costuri
Contribution:
The contribution varies in accordance with different categories:
Seminarists from outside Kama (Africa):
50.000 FCFA (all ages included).
Seminarists from Kama (regulars/newcomers):
Regulars (those who have already attended raelian annual seminars):
- Less than 25 years old: 10.000 FCFA
- More than 25 years old: 20.000 FCFA
New comers (those who have never attended raelian annual seminars): free.

Health:
Each seminarist shall pay 1.000 FCFA.
Voluntary contributions:
Those who would like to provide a financial support with the association ELOHIKA (in charge of financing African seminars) can make their donation as soon as they arrive during their getting registered to the service managing the seminars.
